ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Ozzy Osbourne, from Birmingham, UK, was the lead vocalist of Black Sabbath before embarking on his own solo career. Also known as The Godfather of Metal and the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy released 11 solo albums, with the first seven all receiving multi-platinum certifications in the US. He began his own festival, Ozzfest, with the help of his manager and wife, became a reality TV star on MTV show The Osbournes, and was awarded the Global Icon Award at the MTV EMAs. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006 with Black Sabbath.
