The film captures Bowie and his band, The Spiders From Mars, performing at London’s Hammersmith in 1973. True fans will remember this as it was a pinnacle moment in Bowies career, as it was the concert where he made the statement “it’s the last show we’ll ever do.”
Thankfully this was him hanging up his Ziggy Stardust persona, rather than the end of his music completelety, however it was still the end to a hugely influential chapter in Bowie’s life.
