Always on the look out and keeping our ears close to the music ground, we really love it when a story floods through cyberspace that promises to make dreams come true!
Catching wind recently of perhaps the start of something truly magical, legendary Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards has hinted of a special gig to take place in the band’s homeland London next year!
Talking to the press recently, Keith gave us all that shining ray of hope saying “Something’s blowing in the wind,the idea is there. We kind of know we should do it, but nobody’s put their finger on the moment yet.”

This event would mark the 50th anniversary of their first ever live show as ‘The Rolling Stones‘ which is no mean feat! To mark 50 years of anything is a special occasion, a birthday or wedding, but achieving half a century as a band…..now that’s something special!
For now all we can do is wait and hope that we’ll once again get to see these guys do what they do best and play those songs that defined a time in music and made them who they are, fingers crossed!

Every once in a while, we catch wind of rumours that spread promise and hope across the music land telling tales of bands of old putting differences aside, dusting off the stage clothes and reuniting once more!
Most of the time these fantasies are short-lived or bands few cared about to begin with, however hearing the words ‘Stone Roses‘ and ‘reunite’ together we just had to know more!!

Last night saw the first instalment of the second season of hit show and all round guilty pleasure The Only Way is Essex.
For those not already addicted, this ITV2 hit cult reality tv show follows the lives of hot young friends Mark Wright, Jessica Wright, Kirk Norcross, Amy Childs, Lauren Goodger, Sam Faiers and friends in their weird and wonderful lives in party central Essex.

A bit of hot celeb gossip for you guys here.
Amplified has always been much loved by the very talented contestants of the X-factor. It seems that even after the dry ice has blown away, votes have been cast and record deals signed, they still can’t get enough!
Check out the lovely Ruth Lorenzo who back in 2008 snatched an impressive 5th place in X-Factor recently rocking one of our AC/DC tees during rehearsals with her new band The Raspberry Pattern, looking stunning as ever Ruth!

Believe it! We have even more new and exciting designs and artists that have just rocked or about to rock their way onto the Amplified stage!
U2
Well! Another band that needs no introduction, U2 has been rocking nations with their big and ‘textural’ guitar chords and even bigger vocals! Starting out as a more post-punk style group, U2 evolved with the times to include a more pop rock style, however have always managed to retain a certain ‘U2ness’ within their writing and playing styles which clearly works!
U2 have become one of the biggest bands in the world since the late 80′s through sticking to what they do best and releasing a colossal 12 studio albums!
U2 are well known for expressing their political and religious opinions both on and off stage over a number of decades, as well as their not so secret charity work.
This amazing new design features some of the classic hits by the band including, ‘Surrender’, ‘The Refuge’ and ‘War’. We love the contrast of the vivid reds on the cool white tee. What a way to stand out from the crowed!

MORE ICONIC NAMES ANNOUNCED AT AMPLIFIED!!!
With an ever increasing bevy of rock gods, pop princesses and legendary bands, Amplified are keeping up the tempo in 2011 with the introduction of even more amazing artists and groups to liven up proceedings!
Not only will there be a ton of awesome new designs all printed in that signature Amplified vintage style, the tees themselves have been tweaked and re-formed resulting in some fabulous new shapes.
We’re talking v-necks (for boys), slashed necks, cropped sweats and tees. Oh yes, there are some real treats in store!
