Don’t you just love it when you stumble across some long-lost and forgotten possessions that haven’t seen the light of day for a pretty long time….sometimes for the best we must admit!
Well…imagine finding Jimi Hendrix‘s coat that he left round your house the night he died! It actually happened!

This simply amazing coat (as pictured) was worn by the guitar legend just a few hours before his tragic death in September 1970 and is now being put up for auction this Wednesday (24th).
A unnamed Lord no less had kept possession of the military grey jacket until it had been given a payment for valuing his rock collection to a pop memorabilia expert in the 1990s.
For years it had been though to have been thrown out or given to charity but alas has once again been found and now up for grabs!
Expected to reach around the £25,000 mark, this custom-made piece of true rock clothing memorabilia is perhaps a bit out of our fashion budget, but if you fancy owning this one-off that carries one hell of a history check out The Fame Bureau…happy bidding!

Last month saw London’s coolest cats hitting up Bond Street’s Emporio Armani store for the fashion brand’s special Summer Garden live party.
Some of the biggest names around from actors and musicians to fashion idols to name a few came together among the grassy decked out store for the final installment of Armani’s super-intimate summer parties this year.

What a 68 years it’s been!
Mick has to be one of our all time music heroes, bringing us some of the biggest and best songs of Rock n Roll, timeless stories of antics from the road, and well….a lot of kids!
Living strong he’s still at it!! With Rolling Stones anniversary London shows possibly in the works, and now his rock supergroup ‘SuperHeavy‘ working hard and releasing all new material, it seems Mick still has his sights set high…well…as high as they can be when standing on the shoulders of the biggest rock band ever!
So, Happy Birthday from Amplified Mick! The only thing left to do is take a pretty deep breath and make a wish because that’s a hell of a lot of candles to blow out!
