Rolling Stones Reissue Classic ‘Some Girls’ Album

Today (Monday 21st November) sees the rerelease of the most successful albums from the biggest rock band ever!

Oh yes! The Rolling Stones have just reissued a re-mastered, expanded, Super-Deluxe, Deluxe and Digital editions of their truly groundbreaking album ‘Some Girls’ which introduced them to a whole new generation of younger fans back in 1978.


This album which was the first with Ronnie Wood is considered their last great album. True of not, this album left it’s mark the their career and saw a big turning point for the band in the late ‘70s when the punk rock movement had critics doubting their relevance.

Not only has this classic album has a bit of a shake up and polish, it also features some amazing unheard recordings which have been unearthed from the depths of their archives by producer Don Was, as well as amazing new photos taken by Helmut Newton.

Thirty-three years on from its original release, this album can make a stir and has got so many die-hard fans handing over up to £80 for this amazing piece of rock memorabilia with all the trimmings including The Super-Deluxe version which includes a 7-inch single of “Beast of Burden” featuring its original banned sleeve art.

This amazing release is sure to be welcome with open arms to many Stones fans, the thought of unheard tracks and remastered classics has got many frantically searching online to get their hands on a copy.

One things for sure, this just made our Christmas wish list to santa a whole lot easier!
