A few weeks ago Amplified posted a picture of Jessica Simpson looking foxy in an Amplified Rolling Stones T-shirt. Reveal liked the look so much, it was featured in the “I want what she got” pages.

Remember the movie Atonement? And the young actress who stole the show from Keira Knightley? Her name is Saoirse Ronan; she is tipped to be the next big British phenomenon. Forget about period costumes, Saoirse is a fan of Amplified which is great as Amplified is a huge fan of her work!
Amplified has fans all around the world. One of its many loyal clients is a Japanese chain of department stores called Seibu. Seibu owns many stores across Asia; three of which are located in Hong Kong.
Here are a few pics of Seibu and its vast offering of Amplified clothing, snapped by a fellow Amplified fan! Seibu definitely deserves to be featured in the “places we love”…
So don’t forget to check it out if you live nearby or plan to travel to Hong Kong in the future. And feel free to send in your tips on the places you love, as they too might be featured on this blog in the coming weeks.
Ever wondered what the Amplified team tune into? Alongside their love for Indie and Rock, the team also listen to Hip Hop Basement, an independent radio station based in the West Midlands, specialising in Hip Hop and Grime worldwide.
What’s great about HHB is that it offers a proper platform for upcoming artists and producers. Anyone can submit content and the station is constantly on the lookout for new talent and DJs.

Callling all bike lovers, Amplified have just released two new Harley Davidson T-shirts, which you will love! They depict some of the signature visuals of the cult motorcycle brand and are available here.
Amplified’s showroom is located in the heart of Camden, a vibrant London borough famous for its vintage market and its strong links with rock ‘n’ roll and punk culture. So the brand decided that it was about time its team shared some of its favourite Camden places with you!
Let’s start with the coolest pubs of the area…
The Hawley Arms (link)
The most famous pub in Camden and possibly in London (which could make it one of the most famous pubs in the world perhaps?) with an impressive list of star studded visitors. Located next to the Camden Lock, The Hawley Arms was damaged in 2008 by a fire which destroyed the renowned Camden market; it reopened last year after great anticipation and is now busier than ever. The Hawley Arms is THE place to be for music and booze lovers!
The Lock Tavern (link)
Moment away from the Hawley, opposite the market’s stables, on Chalk Farm Road. The Lock Tavern will please a slightly older audience; it has an amazing roof terrace and serves the best chips! The Lock Tavern stands out with its cutting edge gigs (they often showcase the best British upcoming bands) and nights such as the ‘Bloggers Delights’.
The Proud Galleries (link)
Located right in the stables, the Proud Galleries are open every day. It welcomes a young, eclectic crowd and is perhaps a little bit more commercial than the Hawley or Lock Tavern.
Check out their website as the Proud Galleries offer great exhibitions and events!
When Laura Whitmore visited the Amplified showroom, she hinted that she would wear her new Amplified accessories to a special occasion. Needless to say Amplified was delighted to see the lady herself wearing the men’s khaki Holy skull shoulder bag at last week’s NME Awards!
